here you intend to start a new bussiness is is a sole propritership or a partnership .what is your budget of company ,what kind of bussiness u would like to do .these is necessary because we should see under what catogery your bussiness come and we can decide what to do.how ever company are registered with registrar of companies .if u have a logo it also need to be register with patents and copyrights .its a process where we have to follow it throughly so that we dont have any legal problems .once i get these details i will help u to get ur firm registered and start lawfully
