Passed SSB exams but rejected because graduation degree is not valid

I pass the ssb mohali punjab clerical type test . but he rejeted and said that your graduation degree is not vaild in punjab no universtiy can do the exam in punjab and do the graduation in punjab through distance mode i pass the graduation in 2011 sam higgninottom agriculture university uttar pradesh through distance mode. ugc notification in this regarding issue 2012-2013

Demand the notification or any rule under which such degree or graduation from such university or institution is not valid in Punjab ,.,. read the full guidelines issued before examination for SSB ,., and also check whether the affiliation of such university or institute is still valid or declare void vide any order/notification or rule ,.,. Take action accordingly ,., if it is on the part of institute than qua institute otherwise SSB , Mohali Department ,.,. in High Court,.,.
