Obtained regular bed degree with a full time job in other state

Dear sir I want to ask "can anyone take regular bed degree while working in company in other state. As one has obtained bed degree from jaipur but during that period he was working in a company in delhi and getting salery in 2008 . In that company attendance was register by swiping id card. If it is invalid than where to complaint for this.
If you have all details of the candidate including his college and earlier employer you may wish to complaint his current employer through proper channel. This will be useful if his current job is due to this BEd. Degree.

Yes this is illegal to get degree in this manner. but if the degree is from distance education system or that college allow to do such course remotely then it will not an offence. You may write a letter to registrar with evidence to cancel such degree.
