OBC Eligibility. How to proceed ?

Sir, I have resided in Maharashtra for more than 22 years. Recently I got to know that my caste is an OBC in kerala. Also i found my dad has relevant certificates for the same. But I have not resided in kerala more than a month even though I was born there. Am i eligible for the OBC certificate.

Get the originals of the following documents.
SSLC Cerificate
Ration Card
Any Government provided ID card of yours.
Fill in the application form and pay a fees of Rs 41/-
A registration certificate will be provided take that to your village office or Taluk officer who will be able to provide you with the Caste Certificate.
Documents to be submitted – Official documents to prove the caste viz.
Ration Card
Attested Copy of State School Leaving Certificate (SSLC)
If converted, concerned gazette notification
All the relevant supporting documents to substantiate the claim made by the applicant are to be enclosed.
