Notarised Affidavit Validity in Clear word for Same reason uses

We need to understand the validity of Rs.200 stamped Notarised Affidavit for PNDT compliance
Purchased the Ultrasound machine from MFG and resale in the local market and we used to give an affidavit to our supplier company for this reason, now company is asking for do affidavit for every order separately which I fill illogical, because Supplier is the same, Purchaser is same, Place of purchase is same then why One affidavit will not work at least for 6 month?
step paper velocity is 6 month and You will remain valid until you cancel the notary document. best think is not by more stemt for storage and extract work for more information contact me i give my Best advice and best of my knowledge
