Need advise on name change and updating same in property documents

Hi, My name does not contain the family name and also my father name is incorrect in all documents.I want to get my family name added to my name and correct my father name.My queries are as below. 1. Is single Affidavit,News paper publication,gazette notification is sufficient for changing both names? Or two different affidavits required for each change? 2.Can i get my name & father name changed in below documents after the gazette notification after providing copy of the same to authority. *Voter ID *Aadhar *PAN *Passport *Bank *Employer 3.I have property registered under my current name & after changing my name legally through affidavit/news paper/Gazette can i get it changed in property documents by submitting copy to responsible authority. 4.After changing my old name to new name planning to change my signature too.Can i do this ? Whom should be notified if i change my signature. If getting corrections in all documents is tough task ?
