Hlw M apni commercial vehicles sell krna chahta hu jo loan par h 4 year k. M ye jaanma chahta hu ki m jise apna vehicle sale krunga oonke nd mere beechh m kya agreement hoga nd kya ye agreement court m valid hoga ....nd agr jo party vehicles purchase kregi oonse koi accident ya kuch bhi legal matter hota h gaadi par to ooski responsibility vehicles owner ki hogi ya jo party vehicles purchase kregi oonki hi hogi....nl Sir jo bhi agreement hoga vo kisi bhi legal matter gaadi se related or accidental kuch bhi matter pr ye agreement court m valid hoga ya nhi.... Plz sir help thnx in advance
aapke case ke mutabik aapki commercial vehicle ke case main apko ownership transfer karni padegi aur title transfer hona chaiye poori tareeke se, uski ek sale deed banegi jiska sale agreement banega jo dono parties ke pass jayega sale agreement aur RTO se ownership transfer hogi iske baad lekin ye tabhi ho payegi jab gaadi free hogi higher purchase se free hogi yaa phir kisis bhi finance se free hogi tabhi ho payega ownership transfer RRO ki taraf se aur sale agreement bhi tabhi banega.
iske alawa agar koi bhi case hota hai iss wahan se related accidental ya koi aur uss case main aap apna sale agreement dikha sakte hain court main jo apke paksh main hoga.

Any accident, mishap or loss incurred by the purchaser after the date of purchase of the vehicle would be the liability of the purchase. For all other instances occurring prior to sale would be the liability of the seller.
