Name change of my wife in transfer certificate

Sir my wife is from andar pradesh she pursued her 10th in state government school and her old name is register in tc but after her marriage she came to Karnataka and we changed her name but problem is we do not have certificate saying her new name so can you suggest me how should I get her new name in her TC certificate I have made affidavit n publish name change in news paper too
Sir u have to file a suit for declaration declaring her change of name where your wife had studied since board belongs to AP so for change of name file a case making school, government of AP as party and u get order and name would be changed.
