Name change in SSLC marks card

Dear Sir/ Madam, I am Tofiq S, from Hagaribommanahalli, Bellary Dist. The problem is that My name is printed in SSLC as TOFIQ and in PUC and Graduation Marks card it is printed as TOFIQ S. Please Mention some procedures to this..
The right procedure is getting a notice published in a local News Paper, regarding your intention to change your name/or add surname to it, and subsequently get it published in Gazette of India.
These days Gazette prints have been discontinued, so you may have to check with concerned press in your city, if they still print the Gazette Notification, or it is given to you in soft copy.

okay I understood your question it is SSLC Board problem or not first confirmed then it is board problem you will give a ss lc board to represtation then you will take legal action they are not give any replay to you will take legal action at court it is better for you okay thank you asking a question
