My Id proof misused to take a phone connection

My Id proof is mid used and took a aircel postpaid connection
Now getting calls from Delhi saying that legal case was der against me and they were not ready to listen me.... They want to pay the outstanding without using connection
Please help in this issue
First you ask them the call details, so you can find out who has used the SIM by using your ID Proof. Then file a police complaint against such person who has used it.
You said the co., that you are not going to pay the amount, if they threaten issue legal notice and file a complaint against the co., But first get the call details.
