Modification is Caste Certificate

I would like to know if I can raise a request to make a modification in my caste certificate. I belong to mallah community which is mentioned in SC lists however I hold an OBC certificate. I wish to change it from OBC to SC which sounds legitimate. So if there is any possible procedure to do so, please let me know. It would be helpful. Thanks
if you confirm about that your community(mallah) is belong to sc, category so, in that case you can change your obc certificate to s.c., there is procedure in law by way you can change your certificate
