mamlatdar court case paper not found

Land case regarding land ownership and litigation,we require old land mamlatdar court case papers of 1963 but when we applied to mamlatdar office they denied and said that land paper is not available.As we applied as a legal heir of land owner,they replied with litigation details showing rejected saled deed during that time.They also indicate my grandfather name is still seen in 7/12 abstract,8-a etc. what to do for document work?
All one can do is try through various means to sort the documentation. Because the records can’t just disappear. It is the duty of the revenue authorities to safeguard the records. Reasonable explanation has to be offered.
I would like to have a look as to what response they gave and depending on the same we can act.

you have court order certified copy , old 7×12 ,8A, 6 A and than after who is legal hair's in this land and who is next owner and other documents related this land please send me and than I told you what should you do so please contact me i give your my best advice....
