Legality of notary document forcefully signed by husband

09-Jan-2023 (In Documentation Law)
my husband is forcing me to sign a document before notary ,which states that "all the issues happened till now is because of me and my family.I will abide all the decisions taken by my husband . I shall bound any legal actions if I breach any of the above made statements." He is threatening that he will not take me and child along with him if i don't sign it. 1.What is the legal validity of a forcefully signed document? 2.Can this document be used against me and family , if any legal case comes up in future?

You should not sign any document under threat or by force. Regarding the issues between you and your husband it is better to consult a lawyer personally and take proper advice before taking any decisions.

Hai.
There is nothing to do with a notary attested document. U can sign watever other than a power f attorney. But my concern is beyond... why coersion n conditions for taking u n child with him. Please convey the situation to some1 responsible. Besides u can urself deal the matter by conducting a family counciling b4 some professional counsellor. This will be better for both f u n child if success. Mind it, life can never be happily lived on written agreement.
hope am upto ur query

The document, even if signed willingly, is of no consequence; it cannot be used against you in whatsoever manner and, certainly, no legal issue would crop up. Moreover, your husband is trying to compromise your dignity by compelling you to sign this document. And this instance, by itself, amounts to marital cruelty.
