Legal procedure to change name in 10th & 12th marks card

sir i have changed my name through gazette notification and i have completed my 10th and 12th in 2011 and 2013 resp.so now i want to change my name in that certificates also because university is asking for it so would it be possible.

I have read Ur issue to change Ur name in certificates of 10 & 12th as well .which u have already done by a notification but Ur University is now asking u to change it physically by CBSE .so in this case u have to go through court only
