Legal procedure & requirements for a hire purchase agreement

my business is related to sale of Battery and ups and i m to create hire purchase agreement with my customer i want to know what will the price of stamp duty value for example if i sale the battery and ups for rs 20000, and what is the action vendor could take in case of breach of my installments.
In hire purchase agreement the stamp duty is very nominal which varies from state to state since stamp duty is state subject. Under hire purchase agreement the vendor has right to confiscate the article in case of breach of installment. however this is general opinion. the specific opinion can only given on specific facts.
