Sir willing to buy a plot which the seller has alloted by the government allotment. Seller is a housewife. So is there any nessacity for the sellers children which r major to consern or have permission of them. Her husband is not alive. After buying the plot can her children claims on property.
Children have equal right in the property after the death the owner. She can right to sell her property when she is alive without any interuption from anyone. No need permission of her children to purchase the land. If you need complete verification of property to buy a land please contact me.
