Hi Sir/Madam, I am working in UK on one year Visa. My marriage as per Hindu customs has been fixed for 8th Dec. To get dependent Visa fast for my wife I am planning to do court marriage on 28th/29th Nov. She is working in Gurgaon. I was working in Bangalore earlier. She is from Gorakhpur and I am from Ranchi. My Question is, how Can she/I apply for court marriage and in which city ? Thanks and Regards,
what address proof do you have-which city? If your wife-to-be has a Gurgaon address proof, then it can be done there. Else at either of your home town's. But there are mandatory court procedures which have to be followed-only if you have complied with them will the court grant a marriage certificate
