My father died on 1st May 2010 due to natural causes at our residence. I have doctor's death certificate, burning ghat certificate and a PAN card of my deceased father. I didn't apply for death certificate due to no specific reason. Can anyone guide me with the delayed issue of my.father's death certificate? Need services of Noida based lawyer for guidance.

File an application for delayed registration before the SDM/Executive Magistrate, Noida, explaining reasons for non-registration. Submit supporting documents: doctor’s death certificate, cremation/burning ghat certificate, PAN card of the deceased, proof of residence, applicant’s ID, and an affidavit.
