A probate is an order of the court certifying the genuineness of a Will after the death of a person. Usually a Will is registered with the sub-registrar during the lifetime of the testator is preferred but not compulsory. Logically speaking, once you have obtained the probable of the Will, you should apply to the relevant property authorities in your state to get the property transferred in the name(s) of persons to whom the property should devolve to as per the probables Will. The mutation entries will have to be changed and other procedures to be followed according to the laws in your state.
