I leased my agricultural land for 11 months. With the help of advocate I prepared lease deed on 100 and 500 stamp paper, signed by notary public. What are the criteria for stamp paper of particular value in this state? Is registration compulsory for lease deed in Bihar? Can non-registered document be used in court as evidence?
