Is it mandatory to rectify all the document if I changed my name ?

I HAVE RECENTLY CHANGED MY NAME THROUGH GAZETTE NOTIFICATION IS IT NECESSARY TO CHANGE NAME IN ALL EDUCATIONAL CERTIFICATES ?
Yes you will have to apply for changing your name in every concerned certificate issuing department. For that purpose you will have to apply separately in each of them. As you have changed your name through a Gazette Notification make sure you take that copy along with the application.

Logically and ideally you should...
Since, you will be using your new name henceforth, you are not entitled to use ur old name.
Having both names would be like having two identities at the same time.
Therefore,.please have your name changed in all ur documents
