Is it legal to make pre-Marriage Agreement

1) I and my partner want to make a pre-marriage agreement before our marriage based on few conditions which are mutually agreed. Can it be done? And how should I proceed with thesame? Myself (male) is Hindu amd my partner is Catholic.
Yes you can have an agreement but the same can be done under the Indian contact act and the marriage acts will have no binding on it.
