How to rectify the deceased name in succession certificate

30-Jul-2023 (In Documentation Law)
Hello, One of my lawyer friend made a mistake in the deceased name while drafting the original petition for succession certificate. Now the succession certificate is issued and he realized that the name of the deceased is incorrect. Can someone suggest me under which order or rule can this be rectified?

Actually your question appears to a impossible situation. For being declared successor of someone, the petitioner has to file death certificate of the deceased along with other documents like bank passbook or other similar documents along with identity card or any similar document as annexure to the succession petition. Those documents exibited by the court after being certified by any formal witness and that is after reading loudly in the court. So any chance of exibition without reading not possible.
Even if that happened filling an I. A. in the Hon'ble high court could have one option other wise going for quashing of entire proceeding along with permission to file a fresh case would be another option after which a fresh case can be filed.
