I own a property which i bought in the year 2010. Now i want to sell it another party. That party advocate is asking for the possession certificate for the property. How to obtain possession certificate for my property. where to apply for it.
Possession certificate can be obtained from the concern village administrative officer. The patta itself show the possessory title upon the property. only on situation where you do not hold a patta in your name the need for possession certificate arise. you may approach the concern village administrative officer on checking the records and your identity he will issue a possession certificate in your name.
