How to obtain Domicile Certifcate by Married woman from other state

My wife want to obtain domicile certificate she is from Karnataka & i am born & broughtup in Mumbai, presently i am located in Navi Mumbai, My wife application has been submitted but the authority has hold the application stating that the marriage 10 yrs are not completed.I have already obtained my Domicile Certificate. Kindly advice how can my wife will get the domicile certificate immediately
If your wife was staying in Maharashtra before the marriage then you can state that in an affidavit. If not that then you need to wait as a person needs to live in that particular state for a period of not less than 10 years to obtain the domicile of Maharashtra state
