How to make mother as joint owner for flat

I have a flat in bangalore on my name, registry was done last year. now i wish to make my mother as a joint owner. Is it possible? How?
Yes possbile with certain documentations and procedure. If you have chamged the kahata in the name of the first owner then it would be easy to do the transfer. We need sale deed, khata certificate and extract and latest tax paid receipt for doing the same.

You can release 50% of your right on the property by executing a release deed in her favour so that she becomes joint owner of the flat.
