How to make caste certificate for the son born in Kerela

I want to make caste certificate for my son who is born in Kerala and studying in pune from 1std onwards. I am a central govt employee born in Kerala and working in pune from 1985 till to day . How to make it where to make and what document is required
For Caste certificate you have to apply in Tehsildar office along with the affidavit and caste certificate of your blood relatives, 4th Standard Transfer Certificate on which caste is mentioned , Birth proof, proof showing Caste , Photograph the concerned officials will get it approved from the Divisional officer.
