how to make birth certificate of home born child, after 22 years.

i am college going student, i was born at home 22 years ago (in the year 1996). since my parents were uneducated, they did not maintain any documentation of my birth and i do not have birth certificate. i have all the other documents like school leaving certificate, school certificate, college certificate, aadhar card, pan card, voter id etc. i want to make my passport for which i need birth certificate. now, how can i make my birth certificate here at mumbai, maharashtra, india.

if you are born here in mumbai maharashtra then you can file a petition at the nearest court which holds jurisdiction at where u stay and that the whole procedure takes about 6 months and then u will get order from court which you habe to give it to the nearest ward office and u will get the birth certificate from there this is the only procedure u can go through
