How to get non creamy layer certificate

I am highschool teacher in gov.aided school of maharashtra my last year salary is 7.40 lakh and I have land 45 r ( 45 gunte in marathi) can I get non creamy layer certificate for childs

No, you cannot obtain the Non- creamy layer certificate as your income per annum is more then the required one. Your category will be determined according to the family income. If the family income is over Rs 6 lakh per annum then you will fall under creamy layer of OBC community.

A person can get non creamy layer certificate if his annual income at present is Rs 5 lakh approxand he is also in possess an OBC certificate .A person cannot get certificate because of his age.If this two criteria are full filled then you can get the non-creamy certificate.

if your income is less than 8 lakhs per annum you are in the non creamy category. govt has introduced this new limit.. however you have to see whether class-2 officers are treated as creamy layer. however chances are that your kids can fall into creamy layer

As per the recent directions of the Government of India the limit set to get a non creamy layer certificate is set at 8 lakh annually. Now if your father has been earning less than 8 lakh only then you can get it as the determining factor while deciding the non creamy layer is the income of the parents. So now if the income of parents is not exceeding 8 lakh then you can easily get.
