How to get my name changed in documents

Limit 1000 characters dear sir.. my first name was krishma kumar. then I changed it by sahil bansal. now on pan card ..adhar card my name is sahil bansal .on my education certificate it is sahil bansal alias krishma kumar. but on registry of my shop name is krishma kumar. suggest me how to change it
Hello, you can change your name only after passing of the court decree in your favour. For that you need file a declaration suit and then you have to make a publication in newspaper for change of name with all details.
