how to get an injunction in case of water pollution

Sir there is a canal in our area it's polluted by different sources but our administration is not taking any step need to complain to NGT let me know the process
Yes you can file an application before the NGT bench seeking compensation for damages and seek a direction to the state pollution board to assess the pollution caused by taking sample and thereby also seek for appropriate orders including imposition of fine and penalty against the erring parties.
You have to make an application in a requisite form as provided in the Act on payment of Rs 1000/- in case you are not seeking compensation or 10% of amount of compensation amount, if so claimed.
