How to file petition against examination authority

3 question are out of syllabus in neet 2017 I want to case such that these 3 question we get bonus.and 3 another question is wrong question,option is wrong and in one question multiple answer is correct . So I want give petition to court.
As per the rules of the neet exam 2017, you cannot decide yourself that the questions were out of syllabus or from the syllabus as it is on the council to decide for the same.
but as you are a aggrieved party you can file a writ petetion in high court having jurisdriction over the matter for which you can contact me.

A Writ Petition will have to be filed in High Court to seek direction to CBSE( who conducts NEET) to provide full marks to all the students for those question.
