How to distinguish if one falls in OBC/BC creamy layer

Sir , I belong to JOSAN gotra of KAMBOJ. I have land of nearly 6.5 acre in my name. I am currenly unemployed. My father died nearly 24 years ago. He was a govt employee. My mother is now a class 2 govt employee with salary of about 65000per month has a land of nearly 3.5 acre in her name. She had a second marriage and my step dad is farmer with no agriculture land . So can i apply for obc reservation /bc resevation. Notes- kamboj fall in BC category in punajb I will be very thankful sir
