How to convert verbal agreement into a legally valid contract

12-Jul-2023 (In Documentation Law)
There was a Contract which ABCD awarded to a company, the Company employed WYE Constructions for the same. Soon WYE Construction lost their money, so i got in a verbal understanding with them where i started working on the project as WYE could not afford it. I paid them 17500/ p.m. for the same. WYE used to get the payments for the project which they used to transfer in my account. Now i feel depletion of trust between WYE and me. How can i solidify this verbal agreement between us so he cannot cheat me in the future. Also what is the relationship between me and WYE?

Yes, we can execute a contract between both the parties as per the terms and conditions agreed between you. We can put all other previous conditions therein and execute a fresh agreement.. Provided both are agreeing on the same...
