How to change the name in the certificates

Hi dear all respected sir/madam, . I want a advice about my problem.. I am from west Bengal,I have changed my name through affidavit.. . My problem is I want to change my school certificate names.. But some people said I can't change my name in board certificates and also said if i change my name in other documents like aadhar card,voter card etc then if I apply for jobs, JEE exams or other things my application would be rejected because my name is different in the documents.. So what should I do.. . And if I change my name from college and left my school certificates unchanged? Will I get problem as the names will be different?..please answers
Yes you can very much change your name upon courts order. Dont panic, it will take time but it is possible, there are set of rules that also need to be followed in effect to change name in every documents.

Changing of name is not advisable when you apply for service. I recuse from advising further without knowing the reason behind your belief of changing your name. It is however possible to give notarized statement with Govt of India for every application you make to apply for Service

Choosing a name for yourself is your constitutional right. However, for the purpose of changing your name in the school certificates etc., you have to first execute an Affidavit before a Learned Magistrate, 1st Class. Thereafter, get you change of name published in the Kolkata Gazette by way of notification. Thereafter, you can apply for change of your name in your school certificates.
