How to Cancel settlement deed unilaterally

My father had created a settlement Deed in favor me and my brother against his property (building)in 2013.with in 6 month he has cancelled it via a cancellation deed unilaterally without our knowledge.now he is going to sell this property for himself. Whether the cancellation is valid? Whether the sale will be valid? How can I get this property back? How can I stop him from selling the property? Pls help me with legal procedures I am a Muslim
