How can apply for govt. job if I changed my surname after marriage

jab main govt. job ke liye apply karti hoon tab name (as per Xth certificate ) ke according fill karwaya jata hai aur documents bhi upload karne hote hain. Meri query ye hai ki after marriage mera surname change ho chuka hai ab main form kaise fill kiya karoon. verification me mera for reject ho sakta hai kya agar main changed surname use karti hoon ? mujhe kya karna chahiye ?
