I want to know how can we get heirship certificate and succession certificate as my husband who died had first wife and they do not want to give or show us any thing. I want to these certificate for my children who are legal heirs also. Thanks
Hi! You would need to obtain the Heirship and succession certificates from the court of law. May I know from which place are you speaking so that I can assist you better with this ? There is a procedure to be followed in the court for which you will have to hire an advocate for obtaining the said certificates.

you will have to file a petition in the HC for proving your children and you are the only legal heirs of your late husband..
once the petition is submitted within a minimum period the HC will issue a certificate and that document will prove your legal status.
