Gift deed of property jointly held by brothers what is the stamp duty

I need to execute gift deed/release deed to transfer brother's share of our jointly owned flat in Chinchwad, Pune to myself. The flat was bought jointly by us in 2009 with payment of stamp duty & registration charges. Now is stamp duty & registration payable again while making the gift deed/release deed as per latest state government policies? If yes then how much stamp duty is payable? Kindly provide your suggestions on same.
