Father Name Correction In Pan Card

My father's name is Bhokna Kerketta as per recent adhar card update. But my father's name as per pan card is Bhokna son of Sukur. I want to correct my father's pan card as Bhokna Kerketta son of Sukra Kerketta. Late Sukra kerketta has no documents such as adhar, pan, death certificate etc. Please advise. Thanking you.
