Facing problem due to Minor mismatch of spelling in my surname

In all my documents( present VOTER CARD, PAN CARD, PASSPORT, EDUCATIONAL DOCUMENTS) my name is spelled as ROY. In my previous voter ID card (card number was same) my surname was spelled as "RAY" instead of "ROY". I believed that it was a clerical error . A few years ago, I visited ICICI bank to open a savings account with my old voter ID card . Bank official informed me that account can be opened in name of RAY as per the voter card (NOT Roy). I opened the account in name of Ray. Later I corrected the Voter card and now all the official documents have same spelling - "Roy" except the bank accounts. Now, I have to provide KYC documents again to Bank .But I do not have any documents where my surname is spelled as "RAY". In everywhere , it is mentioned as " ROY". Please let me know what to do in this situation.
As per your query it is not clear that when you have opened your account with the bank (i.e. year) and thereafter in which year you have changed the documents . However you may give a declaration to the bank duly certified from the 1st class Magistrate of your jurisdiction specifying that RAY and ROY is the same person and there is requisite documents to show that now I have known as ROY

there is nothing to worry in this regard, you just need to make an affidavit before the first class judicial magistrate stating that you need to change the same and you are the same person herein. Thereafter, with such affidavit you can approach every department for the change of the same.
