This is my response to you:
1. Generally there is a clause which states that all legal heirs are also included in the POA;
2. A detailed reading of the POA is needed;
3. More facts need to ne shared from your side;
4. Consult a local lawyer and take steps.

The answer to this question depends on the clause in your power of Attorney. I would need to go through the document once in order to answer this question of yours. Let me know if you wish to proceed further and need my legal advice relating this for which I would need to first see your power of attorney.
