Duplicate signature on experience certificate by candidate

Res sir, In the process of selection for Teacher post , the candidate who select will make duplicate signature on his experience certificate , which is must for selection. Can I chalange his appointment in court.
If it is found that certificate submitted by him were false and duplicate signature was annexed to disclaim from having submitted forged certificate than in that event, his selection or appointment can b challenged on the ground of fraud
