How do I resolve a double registration of my land? Is there any legal procedure? or i am approach the district register? Please answer sir.Thank you
You have to file a declaration suit along with injunction suit praying the court to declare the second sale as null and void... District registrar or sub registrar has no legal right to declare the nullity...They can only cancel a deed but the entry will be there in Encumbrance certificate
