Dear sir , I wanted to ask that is there any law published that if a person has a without gear license , he/she cannot apply for the license for car till that without gear license has been expired ? And please tell me what all documents will be required for applying for the car license ...
There is no provision regarding the gear license in law. You can apply for a license from the transport department of Delhi. Without license you cannot drive any vehicle. Firstly u will be issued a temporary license to drive for the period of 6 months and then when the temporary period of 6 months is over, then the authority concerned will issue you the permanent driving license which is followed by the Computerised test for driving and driving test as well.
