Documents for marriage for indian boy and Ecuadorian girl in India

I want the know the legal marriage procedure and documents required for Indian boy getting married to Ecuadorian girl in India. Is legal translation of documents required since her documents are in Spanish?
Yes translation is required. All the documents submitted should be in English. You have to marry her under Special marriage Act. For that you need to fill the form online and physically go to the registration office give the documents (your pp size photos and age proof) incase if either of you are divorced, then your divorce decree and judgment copy is also to be submitted. Once your documents are physically verified, you will be called for marriage to the office along with 3 witnesses along with (their pp size photos and age proof) after 30 days but before 90 days.
