Do I belong to the OBC non-creamy layer category as per my salary ?

Sir, the caste I belong to is listed under the central and state list of other backword classes. I am a service holder in a cooperative organisation. I am confused if I am passing the non-creamy layer test. My salary in the last three consequetive years of 2014-15, 2015-16 and 2016-17 was Rs. 4,80,000 , Rs. 4,90,000 and Rs. 7,32,000 respectively. My daughter has appeared for JEE for the year 2017-18. Is she eligible for getting reservation as OBC NCL ?
As your income is above 4.5 lacs rupees your children can not claim to be OBC non creamy layer certificate. Thus, your daughter is not eligible to claim benefits of Non-creamy layer in OBC certificate.
