Different names of parents on mark sheet and birth certificate

hi all, i have a issue regarding passport making . my uncle aunt adopted me from my real parents at the age of 3 without any documentation . so my 10 & 12 Th mark sheet contains my uncle aunt name as parents whereas on birth certificate i have real parents name so the concern is what can be issues while making passport as my birth year is 1993 both birth certificate and 10 mark-sheets will be required
Sec 30(2) (l) read with sec 15 of central act ( Registration of Births and Deaths Act, 1969), confers power to state government to make rules for corrections of entries relating to births.
You have to apply to Registrar of Births in Delhi for rectifying errors in your birth certificate.
