The obc certificate is made by taking gross salary or basic pay?
Hello,
To obtain an OBC Certificate you need the following-
1. OBC Certificate of a blood relative on paternal side.
2. Proof of caste attested by a Gazetted Officer.
3. Proof of residence (voter id, electricity bill etc).
4. Application form with Passport size photographs, one attested by gazetted officer.
5. Proof of family income i.e is salary slips.
6. Proof of birth.
With these documents one may approach the SDM of his district.
