In 1990 my grandfather got court decree for 1 acre land .my grandfather is plantiff and other person is defendant.defendent father name is .but in court decree , judgement copy defendant father name written wrongly . Defendant are died present. my question defendent sons can appeal the court decree right now. Defendant name written correct,but defendant father name written wrongly in court case, judgement copy,decree..

1. Firstly , Yes , Defendant Sons appeal court decree .
2. Merely on the basis of typing of wrong name of fathers in decree can not affect the appeal benefits in the court of law , putting wrong name it is a typographical error & nothing .

No they cannot appeal now as there is a limitation period for filling any appeal which is usual 90 days from the date of decree. In your case is been more than 28 years now. No court is going to entertain such an appeal.
